GREENVILLE, S.C. — Two international companies are moving into the former Sears building at Haywood Mall in Greenville.
Round1, a Japanese entertainment company with arcade games, billiards, karaoke, ping pong and darts, is opening its first South Carolina location in the space. The Greenville store is expected to open in 2027. Its closest locations now are in Atlanta and Greensboro, N.C.
Round1 centers usually include more than 100 crane games and Spo-cha, an indoor sports and games area offered for a set price. The company opened its first U.S. location in 2010 and now has more than 50 across the country.
Primark, a low-price clothing retailer based in Ireland, is also coming to the former Sears space, on the upper level. The mall has not shared an opening date for Primark.
Earlier this year the mall added FP Movement, Fit2Run, Kendra Scott, Clarks and Rowan, and Kolapasi, an Indian restaurant, is expected to open in late 2026.
