GREENVILLE, S.C. — Greenville County voters who want to skip the Election Day crowd have until Saturday, Oct. 31, to cast a ballot early at one of seven sites around the county.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with no voting on Sunday. Voters may use any center in their home county and must show a photo ID, then vote on the same machines used at regular precincts.

Inside the city of Greenville, the sites are McAlister Square, where voters use the back entrance on South Pleasantburg Drive, the Mt. Pleasant Community Center on South Fairfield Road and the City of Greenville Public Works building on Fairforest Way.

Other options are the Greenville Tech Northwest Campus on Whitehorse Road, Praise Cathedral in Greer, Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Simpsonville and the Five Forks branch of the county library.

The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 3. Races on the ballot include governor and the U.S. Senate seat once held by the late Lindsey Graham, along with a long list of state and local contests.
