Upcoming Spring Festivals in Anderson, Spartanburg, and Greenville

Spring Fling

Spring Fling will take place April 26, 27, and 28 in downtown Spartanburg. The fun begins with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s Criterium cycling race on April 26. Festival events include a car show, live entertainment, a food court, an artisan market, a craft beer experience, a family fun zone, a community showcase, and a Jeep show. Artisphere

Artisphere’s 20th anniversary will be taking place May 10-12 in downtown Greenville. The festival will span from Court Street and Main to Wardlaw and Main. Main Street at River and Markley and other access point streets will be shut down beginning at 4 a.m. on Thursday before the festival.
Friday, May 10: noon-8 p.m.
Saturday, May 11: 10 a.m. -8 p.m.
Sunday, May 12: 11 a.m. -6 p.m.

Soiree

Soiree will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 26 and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 27 in downtown Anderson. The festival will feature live music, food trucks, and local vendors. Residents will be able to enjoy live performances across multiple stages, explore and purchase original handcrafted works from talented artists, and savor delicious dishes crafted by some of Anderson’s finest chefs. Josh Turner will headline a concert at 7 p.m. on April 26 during the Soiree festival.

Anderson Community Events

Tuner, known for his deep voice and soulful sounds, is best known for hits like “Long Black Train,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” and “Would You Go With Me?” There will be four stages featuring musical performances by local and regional artists. The event will also feature a special children’s area and a kid’s kingdom with creative activities for children.

Community Food Truck Night

The City of Anderson will host the International Network of Michelin Cities Conference in April. More than 200 visitors are expected from 25 countries on five continents, including mayors, city officials, university administrators, and business leaders.

Foodees Food and Culture Festival

The Foodees Food and Culture Festival will return to Anderson Mall from April 19-21. The event will feature more than 50 food trucks, 40 artisans, kids’ activities, and live entertainment. Admission and parking are free.

South Carolina State Chili Cookoff

The South Carolina State Chili Cookoff will be held on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Belton City Square. The chili tasting begins at 11 a.m. Participants will be judged based on taste, texture, aroma, and presentation criteria.

Mauldin Blues & Jazz Festival

The Mauldin Cultural Center will host the fourth annual Mauldin Blues & Jazz Festival on Saturday, April 20, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The free event will feature four live acts on the main stage and youth jazz ensembles on a second stage.

Cambodian New Year Festival 2024

The Cambodian New Year Festival will be held at the Spartanburg Buddhist Center on Saturday, April 13. This is a two-day celebration that showcases the cultural heritage of the local Cambodian community.

Mezcal’s 4th Annual Fiesta Festival

The fourth annual Fiesta Festival in Spartanburg will be held on Saturday, May 4, at Barnet Park from noon to 10:30 p.m. The festival will have local and international talent, DJs and dancing, food and drinks, and a kids’ zone to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

R and B Wine Festival

An R & B Wine Festival in Greenville will be held on Sunday, April 21. The festival features live music from DJ B Lord.

South Bend Winery Spring Festival

South Bend Winery’s annual Spring Festival will be held on Saturday, April 13. Country Music Singer Justin Corley will perform at 12:30, followed by the Stone Mule Band at 4 p.m. The festival will also feature food trucks and vendors selling handmade items.
