DIY Bathroom Refresh Under $200

The three moves
1. Strip and recaulk every silicone joint. Old caulk is the #1 source of bathroom water damage in Upstate homes. Humidity + soap residue = mildew inside the bead. Use a utility knife and a caulk-removal tool. Go all the way to clean tile or tub surface.
