GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Rapid Fired Pizza on Pelham Road in Greenville has shut its doors for good, ending a run that began in 2019.
A notice taped to the front doors of the restaurant at 4100 Pelham Road told customers the store is permanently closed, thanked them for their support over the years and pointed them to the chain’s other Upstate shops. The company has not said publicly why the Pelham Road location closed.
Customers can still order from the chain in Greenville at 2023 Augusta Street. The chain also runs Upstate restaurants at 6099 B Calhoun Memorial Parkway in Easley and at 1707-F John B White Sr Blvd in Spartanburg.
The Pelham Road store had been one of two Rapid Fired Pizza restaurants inside the city, which now has just the Augusta Street location.
