South Carolina's NIL law (H4957, signed May 2024) applies to intercollegiate athletes only — meaning college athletes at Furman University, Bob Jones University, Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research, and Greenville Technical College can earn through endorsements, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. High school NIL is NOT permitted in South Carolina.
